born in antwerp,belgium. have been a professional musician for over 13 years.started out in photography pretty late.
inspired by my dad who was a well-known photographer, i never thought of following in his footsteps.
trying to capture everyday life in images and seeing things as personally as i can,has given me the freedom and ability to observe beauty,sadness,friends,family and other things i love in a different light.
garry winogrand,robert frank,ray k.metzker,louis faurer,stephen shore,william eggleston and many others inspire me everyday to get that one unique shot.
these images are dedicated to my mom frieda my dad gerald dauphin and my daughter victoria dauphin.
